Shauny first gained an interest in fitness from a young age. This interest soon transformed into passion. Since then, Shauny has been dedicated to teaching effective and efficient methods of training to suit every fitness goal from health and well-being to hitting the Bodybuilding stage! She is also the Head Posing Coach at Competitive Edge.

Shauny has completed her Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and has a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding to draw from in helping you achieve your goals.
