Refunds + Exchanges
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with our high-quality clothing products. Please review our refund policy below:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on clothing items unless they are damaged.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange process.
Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes if the product is in stock.
If the desired size is available, we will facilitate the exchange at no additional cost.
If the desired size is not available, a store voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item will be issued.
To be eligible for an exchange or voucher, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
